So far in my country, I never see a GPS with real time traffic feature. Most GPS with traffic monitoring capabilities need you pay for extra service yearly fees.

Although its entry level price, but the feature go beyond that. In addition to traffic monitoring, it will advice you troble spots and suggest alternate routes. Additionally, the reality view provide photo realistic image of complex highway interchanges, actual road signage, etc.
